There is something not exactly right with the entire scenario and course of events either. But that's of no interest to me either. That's a matter for Florida law to settle.

Take a look at the link above. The homicide rate among black Americans is staggering. And the rate of black against black is still just as staggering. Where is the outrage against the daily slaughter of the black American males by black American males??? Is it acceptable since it's black on black??? I'm doubting it but with no outrage, acceptance as the norm is all that can be deduced.
There's not even public outrage over black on white violence. But then that's most likely acceptable as well since the white American has so much to feel guilty over and deserves anything that happens.

HOPE For The Control Of The Nation, CHANGE To Make It Happen
I'm not the most financially centered mind you may find, but this Tax on Dividends isn't good for anyone. And the more I think about it the more a picture takes shape in the reasoning behind this move.
Remember, I completely confess and admit, I Am Numerically And Financially Challenged when it comes to understanding Tax Code, Dividend Payments and such things, but follow me here------
1) THE primary motive for the current "President" is to create complete reliance on the Federal Government for practically everything from Housing to Food. The tentacles of control and influence have reached into unbelievable depths of our Constitutional Liberties and even basic means of everyday life.
One of those biggest smoke screens of Federal overstepping of Constitutional responsibility in the realm of Jobs Creation for whatever reason. Of course referring to the Constitution in any regard with this administration is pointless since Obama himself has stated that the Constitution has "negative liberties" and "redistributive change". Negative Liberties???? Really???? Redistributive Change???? Spoken like a true Socialist. Liberties are the enemy of a socialist government that are to be controlled. But anyhow.....
2) In order to maximize government control of the industrial infrastructure of the nation you must cripple the ability for the private sector to thrive. How do you do this???
This move in itself allows the government to be the hero since the true Job Creators, investors, aren't about to risk money in investments that are going to have an overall tax of nearly 50% realized in the end when the dividend (reward) on that investment is realized. Would you in the face of such a penalty??? Say yes and I'll make a special point of calling you a liar by every means possible.
And there is no comparison between this and lotteries or other Unearned Income Taxes. Investors put money they have Earned into companies to of course earn a profit but if the business fails, like OUR investment in Solyndra @ a loss of $535 Million,
then all is lost. The investor is motivated to help keep the company going, making money, creating jobs and thereby improving the economy with real money investments which is quite often the dividend itself being re-invested. The government investing borrowed money with no collateral, except our lives, is irresponsible at a criminal level. If I'm off on my thinking or my knowledge of how things in the investment world work just let me know.
Hope and Change...... You had no idea this would be the end result of that promise and claim did you?? Hope for the control of a nation and the radical change to make it happen.

So once again Mz Pelosi has managed to shred the true meaning of our sacred Declaration Of Independence. There are many reasons for this kind of smoke screen, but the greatest of them is the deception of anyone lacking knowledge of our Constitution or worse yet, the lack of caring to know the truth.
The Life, Liberty and Pursuit of Happiness mentioned by Congresswoman Pelosi was and IS a freedom of individual choice without the influence or mandate of the Federal Government. The government dictating the standards for personal living is not Life, Liberty or the Pursuit Of Happiness.
Life is as we make it for ourselves with the support of family and friends and, on occasion, our communities. It comes from the goals of the individual and family. The dream to achieve and reach for the betterment as each sees fit. What government sees fit does not fit that mold.
Liberty. In my opinion, this is the ultimate in expression for self determination. The least of government interference. It can't be overstated. Government in any form that shadows the extensive list against the King Of England within the Declaration of Independence is no less oppressive than that of King George. A Challenge----- Read the Declaration of Independence and see the glaring similarities our forefathers endured and those we have today.
Pursuit Of Happiness. Is it really something that should be explained?? If you're a Liberal Democrat then it must be foggy to you. Your government is not responsible, let alone Capable of making you happy!! How many being supported by the government, and many for generations, are happy?? Witness the despair and hopelessness on the faces of those that run to the arms of the government support them. The burden of Happiness lies squarely and completely on the shoulders of the individual. Only you know the happiness of your beliefs, morals, ideas and desires.
Choose to be the American of our forefathers. The American of today is more often a disgusting and pitiful display of governmental servitude.
Please listen the growing voices of those in Europe that are trying to turn back from where we're headed. They're waving their arms and trying to signal us to turn around before it's too late. They know the pain and failure of the path our "Leadership" has chosen for our nation.

Ok, I've linked up several sites that I by no means think are the "be-all" or "end-all" for the debate on Global Warming. They do however lend the point for one to pause, think and consider the alternative. And the alternative being that the entire hysteria over Global Warming is Crap.

Another "Executive Order" And Maybe THE "Executive Order"

Ok...... Here it is..... The barn door is about to be shut. Remember those pesky little words "Martial Law". Not in the White House Release specifically, but in that the steps required, to make sure it's "legal", have been taken. I've mentioned it before, if not here, then on my Facebook Page.
Still one to not believe our government would possibly do such a thing??? The Federal Government stopped being "OUR GOVERNMENT" on the previous inauguration day. Still don't see the picture???
There couldn't be any more blatant and bold proof than Anything you can find on the "non-mainstream" media outlets. And this isn't a search for UFOs or Bigfoot. The proof is there and it's tangible.
Our country is divided. It's reaching a point of collapse. And that is exactly what is required to execute the Martial Law decree and seal our fate, once and for all.
My hope is that the line won't be crossed that takes us over the cliff. I hope the ones in power blink and are afraid of taking that step. But boldness derived from the inaction and denial of those being oppressed and those oblivious to the tightening oppression are all that is required.
The equally dark possibility is that this will be the worst case scenario of Big Brother Is Watching You. In that under the guise of National Defense and Security ANY steps deemed essential to maintain that National Defense and Security will be taken. This is straight from the attached Executive Order:
Sec. 102. Policy. The United States must have an industrial and technological base capable of meeting national defense requirements and capable of contributing to the technological superiority of its national defense equipment in peacetime and in times of national emergency.
So, "...in peacetime and in times of national emergency". Something to consider. No specific definition as to Attacks, Terrorists, Foreign Powers, Natural Disasters etc..... anywhere in the document. Interesting??? I think so to the extreme!!!
Any resource deemed necessary, whether it be human, animal, mineral, animate or inanimate, voluntarily or involuntarily can be pressed into service by the "President" during the potential emergency. Interesting??? I'm positive!!!
Anyone foresee the Canadians or Mexico busting through the borders to invade??? I don't. Even the chance of a, God Forbid, terrorist nuclear attack on one or more major U.S. cities doesn't, in my opinion, substantiate the creation of this Executive Order by the "President".
Simple question. Does the Constitution of The United States Of America not provide those same protections through the powers of CONGRESS??? Consider Section 8 of this sacred document -
The Congress shall have Power To lay and collect Taxes, Duties, Imposts and Excises, to pay the Debts and provide for the common Defence and general Welfare of the United States; but all Duties, Imposts and Excises shall be uniform throughout the United States;

Obama against Christians
Thought I'd post the rest of these here. Like I've said before, I had no idea of the depth to which this "President" has taken the war on Christianity. It's disheartening in the reality that few if any of these actions will ever be reversed since they've happened and there's been little if any public outcry.
Remember these things. Don't allow history to fade and the lack of Grace in this person be forgotten. This is only a partial list. More included below are the results of his administration influence on the military. Without the blessing of the Commander In Chief and those employed by him, these actions would not have taken place either. Disgusting as these things are, still quite believable they are as well. Share them with those you know will feel and share the reality also.
- November 2011 – Obama opposes inclusion of President Franklin Roosevelt’s famous D-Day Prayer in the WWII Memorial.
- November 2011 – Unlike previous presidents, Obama studiously avoids any religious references in his Thanksgiving speech.
- December 2011 – The Obama administration denigrates other countries’ religious beliefs as an obstacle to radical homosexual rights.
- January 2012 – The Obama administration argues that the First Amendment provides no protection for churches and synagogues in hiring their pastors and rabbis.
- February 2012 – The Obama administration forgives student loans in exchange for public service, but announces it will no longer forgive student loans if the public service is related to religion.
- 2. Acts of hostility from the Obama-led military toward people of Biblical faith:

- February 2012 – The U. S. Military Academy at West Point disinvites three star Army general and decorated war hero Lieutenant General William G. (“Jerry”) Boykin (retired) from speaking at an event because he is an outspoken Christian.
- February 2012 – The Air Force removes “God” from the patch of Rapid Capabilities Office (the word on the patch was in Latin: Dei).
- February 2012 – The Army orders Catholic chaplains not to read a letter to parishioners that their archbishop asked them to read.
Obama "Generally Proud" Of Our Troops = Dumbass

In General I'm pretty much annoyed with any combination of words that proceed from the mouth of the "President" (see that strained show of respect in capitalizing that). I'm not Generally surprised by anything that he says. And in General few things can be said by anyone, anywhere at any time that surprises me. But my ability to be surprised is being replaced with increasing rage over the continuing obliteration of everything and anything American by the "President". Making a comment as anything but completely supportive is inexcusable.
His comment to me is the same as a parent openly and publicly announcing that he or she is Generally happy with their child and Generally feels they do a good job. This makes me fume with anger. The very simple rule of if you can't say anything good don't say it at all should At The Very Least apply in this regard. Would you stand before your child's school and announce your General approval or love for your child?? The "President" is the Commander In Chief and by being such Must, in the very least, give the appearance of being supportive of the United States Military. If something such as this terrible event in Afghanistan occurs there Still shouldn't be an open wavering of support In General. The true feelings of horror and anger will of course be displayed in the behind the scene channels and I would expect as much.
We're already looked upon as a laughing stock in the global community because public apologies are offered at every turn. So is it no surprise that the hits keep coming??? Thank you for your ability to destroy so much in so little a period of time Obama. My disgust will never waiver and my contempt will never wain, irregardless of the results of this years election.

Leon Panetta - UN/NATO over Congress
Leon Panetta. Anyone that is anywhere around a news broadcast will know it. Heard today what I would consider to be a quite UN-AMERICAN comment by this waste of my breathing air.
Sen. Sessions was told, OPENLY, during a Congressional hearing, by Mr. Panetta that the first consideration for military action overseas and specifically in Iran would be to consult the UN/NATO. Do you know your governmental law and the Constitution??? Most don't otherwise Obama and his entire regime would've been impeached and charges brought against at least 30 individuals.
The beginning of the New World Order was started several administrations ago and is being continued now but only with a far more leftist and socialist agenda. The Constitution and Congress in general are being tossed in the flames of European Assimilation while the majority of our nations populace trudges through their daily lives oblivious to the doom looming before them.
I'm confident in the re-election of the Obama only because of the ignorance and denial of so many. It's sad and likely to result in an uprising that will complete the destruction of our beloved nation, SHOULD the re-election be successful.
Please do the right thing on election day, but before that, spread the word and keep the remnants of our tattered country from falling into the abyss.

Go With Your Convictions
If your convictions aren't enough to motivate you into action then consequences are the only alternative. The only thing with that is that Consequences are after the fact. And the problem with After The Fact is that it's too late. Are there not consequences that can be seen ahead of time? I say yes, BUT, seeing those consequences ahead of time means your Convictions have pointed them out. Follow your convictions. Your convictions aren't molded from what you're told or hear on the news. Convictions are created from our early years and what we were taught as Right from Wrong. Are those things you see and feel when witnessing life's events sitting easy with you? If so, defend your convictions with all your being as inaction leads to a bridle of regret. If you answer no, see the previous sentence.

Here I'am about to leap off into a world I've never been but feel drawn toward. I may not always, or may actually never, say anything you agree with. That's fine by me. It's still (what's left of it) a country where you can "freely" express yourself and share where you're coming from and where you hope to be going.
Along this journey, however long, I hope to find common links with those that feel as I do. I hope to also find differences and the avenue to allow change of thought or acceptance of those differences. Although in this regard I'm thinking more of yours converting to mine.
I encourage anyone, if any at all, to join me. We don't have to like each other. But we do need to get it all out there where Truth is waiting to be revealed.
