Wait.... Didn't this idiot try this back in the beginning with the "Shovel Ready" moniker hanging on the face of it??? Seems like the same thing is being tried and another preemptive "its's their fault" posturing being done so that poor poor Obama can point his worthless finger in the other direction when it comes to nothing.

When there is no attempt to ween people off of the government teat you have statements made like this one. And that, of course, will be more true for those that sell their stamps for cash in order to get the more superficial things instead of food. And lets not forget those that would sell their stamps for drugs so they can maintain that youthful appearance that substances such as crack provide.
